A collection of simple cedar garden builds from the Jxofaltrds workshop.
Cedar is one of the best woods for outdoor projects. In the shop I’ve been building a series of simple cedar garden structures including a trellis, planter box, obelisk, and birdhouse. These projects are designed to be practical, beginner-friendly builds using common tools and straightforward techniques.

Why Cedar?
Cedar is naturally rot resistant and holds up well outdoors without needing heavy finishes. That makes it ideal for garden structures, planters, and small outdoor projects.
